Cafe T&C's

• If you would like vegan, gluten free or halal options, let us know a day in advance for us to make them fresh for you.

Catering T&C's

• Any order up to 16 pieces must be placed a minimum of 2 days in advance
• Any order over 16 pieces must be placed a minimum of 4 days in advance
• A 50% deposit is required for all orders, remainder can be settled on collection/delivery
• Free delivery across Penrith/Smithfield. All delivery outside these areas will incur a delivery fee
• All arancine orders will contain a maximum of 2 fillings of your choice per box
• To avoid cross contamination, boxes will not contain mixed dietary requirement items
• All rosticceria boxes will contain one type per box
• Order changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to collection/delivery
• Order cancellations must be provided a minimum of 24 hours prior to order collection/delivery for a full refund. Failure of communicating cancellation within the specified time frame will forfeit the 50% deposit
• All vegan options will incur a 50 cent surcharge per item (desserts not included)
• Gluten free arancine will incur a $1 surcharge per arancina. All other gluten free items will incur a $2 surcharge per piece
